going from stock to sport suspension

    Hey,

Just wanted to know exactly what I need to go from non-sport suspension to sport suspension. Is it enough to just get springs/shocks/bumpstops or do I need more parts...like control arms, etc?

    Thanks

    Mike

I think springs, shocks, and bump stops is all you need.

Re: going from stock to sport suspension

I just replaced my stock 02 suspension with OEM sport springs from an 07 and Bilstein heavy duty shocks.

So far so good (well- there wasn't as much as a difference as I had hoped for)

Re: going from stock to sport suspension

You might also go with an aftermarket kit. The Koni 'sport' suspension is apparently similar to the OEM sport - same amount of drop and ride stiffness, or so I'm told. That kit consists of shocks and springs.

i believe the koni has a lifetime warranty IIRC.

if you dont want to pony up for new control arms, you may atleast want to replace the bushings.

i have the stock sport sway bar available. pm me if you need it.
