New York area Dealers

Im on Long Island, and pretty much set on an A4. Any good/bad experiences with dealers in the metro area? Im right between Atlantic Audi, Legend, and Audi of Huntington, but ill go further if need be.

go to biener audi since its close but i heard good things about jack daniels in jersey but stay away from town motors at all costs!!

What was your experience with Town? I got my car from them and cant really complain. They beat JDs price.

Riverside Audi ftw! when I was looking for my car I went to JD and Riverside, and Riverside gave me the better price and was quicker to respond. It took a while for JD to find me a car I was looking for and when they did it was at a higher price. By the time they got back to me, I had already purchased a car from Riverside.

i got my car from town i mean the price was decent but service wise i wanna blow that place up....the service techs didnt know (or rather didnt want to act like they knew) what a diverter valve was.....they are only nice if money comes out of your pocket....now JD and BIENER service was amazing....im just talking about the long run relationship type things not pricing...

got mine at Riverside... there are a bunch of us that picked up our cars from there and I've not heard of any bad experiences

I gotcha. I agree about their service. I had them perform my 5K and the entire experience was horrible. First, I had to wait about 2 hours because nobody bothered to put in the fact that i rescheduled my appointment and they didn't have any loaners. When I got my car back, i realized they didn't rotate my tires like the invoice said they did. And even though the first service was free and its just a tire rotation, nothing major, I'm definitely not going back.

Go see Barry Cohen at Anchor Audi in Lynbrook. Nicest dealer I ever met. Stay the hell away from Legend as they were a bunch of scumbags who tried to screw me.

I have gotten 3 audis from New Country Audi and I have not had any problems with them. Classic Audi, however, I would stay away from. They gave my dad the run around when he ordered his A8L, and told me the B7 A4 wasn't out yet in March 2005 when I wanted to buy one. The next day, I went to New Country Audi, and they had a car specd exactly as I wanted within 3 days.

go to riverside audi, they can find you what you want. ask to speak with augie...tell him matt bailey sent you, he will take care of you. there service area is sweet too, they will chip the car for you , apr, and warranty it also...
