Interior Lights Flickering

I just noticed today that when I go over any bumps, my interior cluster lights will flicker from full brightness to dim. I am assuming this is the dimmer switch going out, and I tried to play with it. I can change the brightness, but it just flickers and usually will stay at a lower setting than I want it to. Is this a common problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it? New cluster? New dimmer switch? I searched and only found one other thread and it had no answers.

my climate control flickers kind of randomly..usually when i have the lights on and hit the turn signal..its weird..
