why so cheap buy turbo on ebay compare to shop

i am noob. can anyone tell me why the ebay turbo so cheap compare to buy from shop? everything is the same.

I found the same turbo k03 cost me $249 on ebay and some shop charged me $699. what is the difference?

a lot of what you find one ebay is cheaply manufactured in china and has no proven reliability. you want a genuine borg warner k03
