F6 DTC's here as well. Great plugs for the price. It helped a lot with the high boost high rpm where it was breaking up a bit.

    Re: BT/BAT spark plugs

I run the NGK BCPR6ES at 0.032 gap. They are like BKR6E's but don't have the V groove, just a plain spark plug. They are a little taller than the BKR6E's and might not fit under coil packs, but work fine for me since I'm using spark plug wires.

    Re: BT/BAT spark plugs

Thread Jack (to add to my subscription. and yes, I did search): What spark plugs are good for chips? I am a stocker and am going to chip soon with Dalhback. Most people seem to go with the NGK BKR7E. But I wanted to go with Bosch ones and I came across a thread that recommends Bosch F6DTC. I want the Bosch ones because no need for gapping and they seem to be able to run for 25k before change. I found the Bosch F6DTC, but they seem not to be recommended for Audis, but are for MK2. The only Bosch ones I found are here. Can anyone tell me if any of these are ok to run with just a chip on a ko3s? I want my new plugs installed before I get the chip installed. If these are not ok, can you tell me which 'Bosch' ones to run with? Thanks!

Thanks. But you don't know about which Bosch ones I could use? Pre and post chip. The reason I want Bosch is so I do not have to gap.

No, bkr6e's are too hot. Stock plugs are a 6 heat range, which is hotter than a 7 heat range on the NGK plugs. So, once you go to a chip and beyond you really don't want to run anything hotter than a 7 heat range NGK plug (not sure what the numbers are on other brands that would compare to the 7's).
