which of you have run the GT2X with pc-16 tuning?
how did it work out for you?
what injectors did you run?
what kind of power did you get?

yeah im just wondering if the 310cc injectors (@ a higher FP) will provide sufficient fueling for the gt2x since it isnt much bigger than a ko4.

i would guess easily 200+whp

a k04 is maxed out struggling and spitting out hot air to make 200whp. It takes a well running car to make 200whp on a k04.

yeah im just hoping someone who has actually run one will chime in, ive read some of the old threads but didnt get the info i wanted. Plus i dont trust half the stuff i read on AudiForums.

planning on buying one, just because the KO4 isnt really enough power for me so i plan on running the gt2x with my supporting mods(pc16) until i can afford a full gt2871r setup.

There was a guy (Bitjockey) on AW who ran either a full GT2860RS or GTRS Eliminator on PC16 software. I think he changed the injectors, and there might have been a bit of street tuning involved.

Edit:

Apparently it was a GTRS. (NOT GT2871r Elim, only the 28rs Elim)

He sums up his additional mods as:

GTRS + PC-16 + 630cc inj. + VR6 intake

I'd do that off the bat and be happy with it...you'd probably make good power, and if you wanted more performance out of your car I'd step away from the eliminators. Supremepowerparts.com also has a good price on the GTRS turbo now, $200 off of what ATP retails theirs for.

I don't know why you'd go GT2x otherwise. Much less reliable turbo.
