Hoen Xenon Match fogs/license plate?

Has anyone tried the Hoen Xenon Match fogs, im looking into them and they seem like the most legit way of achieving the HID look without HID fogs, but would like to hear some feedback on them. Also, has one tried there license plate bulbs?
