    JHM Short shifter question :)

I don't have a lot of experience with short shifters.

my friend has convinced me to get one.

While looking at the group buy for them, there are options and not quite sure whether I should get a different reverse spring.

I am probably going to just go with the 1" short shifter, but do people really have probs with it going into reverse during their shifts with the normal spring?

my friend drives a 337 and he has never had that problem, but obviously it can vary some.

how much is it needed for the stiffer reverse spring?

    Yes...
For the JHM unit I highly recommend you getting the stiffer reverse spring (much closer to OEM).
Going back into first, but accidentelly going into Reverse is a PITA experience that will happen way too many times. Yes, the stock JHM spring is that soft.

I don't think its that soft. Didn't have problem with the stock spring at all. I wish they have a shorter shaft when I brought my.
