looks good man. I might be able to trade my blackout s4 grille + cash for a titanium RS4 grille, so getting rid of my other one wont be an issue.

I have a snub mount that I need to install, so I have reason to take off the bumper anyway. I also wanted to clear corner my headlights like yours. Tell me it isn't as scary to put your headlights in the oven as it sounds like it is? Also, do you need to change the bulb to a stealth bulb that blinks yellow, or is keeping the original turn signal bulb kosher? Also, how much of an ordeal is it to paint your headlight housings black as well?

I want to do that chrome strip on the trunk like yours. I suppose I'll go at it with a flat-head screw driver and a cloth to keep it from scratching. Do you leverage it upwards towards to top of the car or backwards towards the back of the car to get that strip off?

And finally, did you man up and shell out that cash for an OEM DTM spoiler, or is that a knock off? Cause it looks good. Forgive me for copying you, but imitation is the highest form of flattery, eh?

No problem from one sprint blue brother to another. oK here goes yes the headlights scared the crap out of me but when your doing it its not that scary just put it in the oven at 175 degrees for 5 minutes the housings dont get that hot so its alll good. I ordered the stealth bulbs but was sent the wrong ones so i used my stock ones they work fine as far as painting the housing i didnt do that so i cant help there. Now with the chrome stip i used a flat head start at one corner pull up and out towards back of car there are many small clips just be careful once you get one side its smooth from there. I used flat black trim paint autozone. No thats not oem its a knock off does the job looks good.Hope that helps any questions shoot me a pm good luck.

thanks buddy. I have some bumper paint and primer left over from painting my valance. I might just throw that on the chrome strip and see how it turns out. As for the headlights, I'm definitely going to attempt to CC them the next opportunity I have to take my bumper off. I guess i'll go to a paint store and ask around for some paint for the inside of the housing. We'll see what happens. As for the RS4 grille, I'm starting to talk myself out of it. My black S4 grille looks pretty good as is. I'm satisfied enough to not need to spend 100 bucks.

I actually wanted to re-install the S4 logo. Just didn't want to take it off my original grill in case I go back to stock in the future. I was just going to buy an S4 grill emblem from vag-parts.com. They have them for like $7 or $8. Not sure which one to buy though. They have ones only for cabrios and one's for standard sedans. I guess they're different sizes or something.

just pop it off, epoxy it on, and then you're done. Why leave it in your basement/garage...it wants to be on the car!

if you decide to go back to stock THEN go buy another logo from wherever. Till then (which will be never) just pop it off and epoxy it on!

My '06 S4 25Quattro Special Edition (#129 of 250)
The only thing i've done is upgrade to the 19" Modas. I'm still trying to find an audi center cap that fits. I might have to fit some stickers on there since my OEM center caps are the same size but just won't fit right in the rim. Does anyone have any suggestions?

That looks like Porsche of the Main Line here near Philly (Newtown Sq). Did you buy from them and having them ship to you?

Good eyes! I bought it in Philly and drove it back to MI a few weeks ago. It was the only 25Quattro on the market, so it was worth the drive. Did you see the s4 there or just recognize the Porche sign?

really, those oz rims look like my stock rims that i wasn't all that excited about. I'm just trying to find some center caps that fit. The audi ones are the exact size, but not the right mount as they just fall out.

you can do it where I did mine...my garage

just go to a meet, and on the meet thread request someone bring their laptop/vagcom

here's DRLs but no amber on. It's the same with headlights ON

if you don't want to do clear-corner mod (take bumper off, take lights apart, fight to remove little amber caps) this is a nice alternative to reduce the amberness

Channad, congrats! What did you lower your car with and it's perfect! With lower + 19's, would your front CF lip scrape? Would you say the clearance is still the same as the stock height + 18's?
