I think that the pics are too dark, so you can't see the where the tire ends and the gap begins. I'm sure it looks lowered if there was more contrast. Looks good, now just get clear corners .

to be honest with you, i dont mind the black lowers anymore. i'm sure it'll look much better with painted lowers, but it's alright.

IMO Painted lowers changes the whole look of the car. Making it look even lower. Its not worth paying 750 dollars for though. I paid 25 dollars and I am real happy with mine.

i want to paint my lowers but i don't have the time to do it or knowledge to do so either. I don't mind having the black lowers but i wouldn't mind having them painted.

Check out paintscratch.com. They have everything you need to paint your lowers. You can even get the pain with flex additive in it.

Andre your car looks really nice man....even without your lowers painted. I got mine done for $150. But that's because I worked out a deal with the guy plus I work for a dealer. You should be able to have it done for $250 if you don't want the hassle of doing it your self. Either way, nice "whip".....and fliks are the shizznit!

yeah, but from paint scratch all the materials end up costing a lot. the duplicolor route's gonna come out to like $25

I honestly doubt that you'll find your color made by Duplicolor. What about going to the dealer and getting the spray? I'm not sure how much it would take, but I bought a can of 'touch up' Satin Silver from the dealer for $14. (for my old GTI 1.8T). It came w/ a can of clear too. I'm not sure how far a can or two would go though. Just a thought...

look at my other thread, numerous people have used the Duplicolor silver and it has matched perfectly, so as soon as i can get my hands on the paint, i'm goin ahead with it
