anyone know about USB 2.0?

i just got the new iPod 40GB and looks like my USB 1.1 is not compatible with it.

i know my mother board supports USB 2.0 but i have no idea how to set up.

and my system is not showing that mines HI-SPEED USB.

anyone know how to figure this out?

btw im running windows XP pro.

go to futureshop or best byu and get the usb/firewire connector they sell it its a ipod connector on one end then it has two connectors running off that...its made for usb 1.1 just ask thell know what ur talking about
