turbo timer install instructions?

so does anyone know how to install a turbo timer? i took it out from my friends car and know the most parts but was wondering why there was one bolt that connected to the chasses that was on a round bolt of some sort... couldnt get it off but anyways thats one thing and the other question was do u splice it into 2 connectors on the fuse panel?

anything on the chassis is considered gnd. so just remember where each wire went for the install i did for daniel and you'll be fine. the thick black wire on the car is ign. the distribution block is const 12v.

don't just tap, solder as well.

can u basically tell me what taps into where? how many essential wires are there to run?
