Hurricane over FL

Hey Folks,
just (6:15am) heard in the radio that 16 people died because of the hurricane.
I am so sorry about this. That is a hugh tragedy. My feelings are with the families of the victims.
I love Florida and it's a shame how god treat this state.
Here in germany we don't get that much informations.

havent heard much, i dont want the news too much, its just all stuff that makes you worry and stuff like that more, ive heard that the president has delared a state of emercency, all i know it is pretty bad. my prayers go out to the families in this awful situation. God Bless.

yeah thousands are homeless and about 20 BILLION dollars in damage so far...

i pray for quick recovery to all the victims!

My best friend lives in Daytona Beach and they caught the tail end of the storm. Looks like they will still not have power until next week. Sucks......

Only thing working are cell sites and land lines.

i havent listened to the news, but i have a house in PT. Charlotte right next to the beach. i talked to a friend down there today and she said my area is where the hurricane touched land and that my house is the only house on the block still standing. my aunt that lives in the area told me that part of the roof over the jacuzzi got ripped off, but nothing bad. we had to redo that area of the roof anyway!
