I was in the same boat. I think I'm going to get the new Stratmosphere Hyperboost HX. Supposed to be pretty good. Go hit up Group5motorsport, they carry them and can give you a good price.

Flip a coin, they're both very good. I'm running the Strat Adjustable Hyperboost, but would go with a Forge as well. Can't go wrong with either. If you get the Forge install it backwards as it's supposed to work better in that position, the Hyperboost just install normally.

I spent 8 years touring the world in a rock band...now I do nerdy piano composing and movie scoring, and my obsession with cars and being a member of this community for a decade has lead me to start SD Wrap (www.sdwrap.com).

yah the spring tension on the FORGE is pretty high. its a really solid DV. and the combination of the vac line and the charged air helps to push the piston open. i installed it the right way and it still worked fine but ive heard that the FORGE works better installed backward too...

Why would it work better backwards??? If that was the case why wouldn't they just make that the normal installation?

We highly recommend the Forge 007P or the Dahlback Racing DV(a little smaller than the Forge).

We have both in stock and offer same day shipping. Let me know if we can help at all.

    Best,
