I don't think this is a repost, but if so, here's an opportunity to rip or commend the new car. For myself, all I can say is it could have been worse.

This is somewhat off topic, but I checked out an E46 M3 today, and somehow there was more leg room back there than my 4 door sedan!!! I definitely think our interiors look better, but theirs may be more efficiently used. How is it back there in the B6's?

that front looks sweet, pretty similar to the new style audi's though.

beemer's have their chit together. too bad the people that drive them are full of themselves.

i'd LOVE to rock a m3 wagon (if they made such a thing) damn that would be the goods

The front looks great, but the back...eh. Could use some work, its much to bland, especially the tailights. I love the current model. My gf has a 330CI and we love to drive her car between my A4 and hers. AHH, I'm a traitor!

not bad, better than the 5 series, but what gives with BMW's new rear end designs...?

and i'm not sure about that deep recess under the cut line through the doors...

yeah, it looks cheap. like a kia or something with those weird lines on the size / rear

it's called they spent soooo much of their budget on the front that they ran out of money to do something bout the rear

Here's a shot of the next M3. Again, jury's still out on the looks for me, but with a 400 HP V8, I think I can live with the ugly a**. And definitely, the cut/slash on the side of the car is weird looking. The steering wheel isn't so bad (not as angular as the 5 series)

see this is where i think i'm from a different school of thought. A lot of the BMW's line have way too many competing lines/creases/curves that all may or may not work together.

Wait a minute, are you saying that the jumbled and conflicting lines of the designs almost make the car seem like it was designed by this guy...

well, i think it works on the M3... although i have a hard time believing that it will have those MASSIVE fender flares... those things are wicked...!

BMW should get it's head out of it's ass, and offer a 4 door M3 again...

Well, I agree...coulda been worse. Bangle's DEFINITELY mauled other Bimmers in worse ways, but this one's not so bad. At least it doesn't look like a retarded bird from the front, heh. I actually kinda like the front. The rear's so...vanilla, too. Again, better than the 5 and the 7, though.

Coulda been worse. Part of me wishes it was/will be so that more people will gravitate toward the A4. But then I'd hate to see the A4 played out. Ah, whatever

I hate the new BMW design team. I think they have some good Idea but every model gets ruined by some horrible design aspect (i.e. the 6 series back end). The only bimmers i like right now are the 3 series and the X5. I think every other model looks worse than its predecessor, and I think the current 3 looks better than that thing. Also I read in Auto Week that they are thinking of renaming it the four series, a huge mistake in my opinion.

no no, they'll rename the current 3-series coupés the 4-series, but the sedans will stay the 3. Still a bad call, imo

i'm with mr. foo, i think the lines are all over the place. still oogly, although the front does remind me of the new audis.
