    finally got another moment to reply back to everyone.

    yes theyre steelies and generic hubcaps with nokian snow tires mounted on them. unfortunately the PO sold the stock usp/rs4 wheels and ran these. not to worry though, ive got some decent summer wheels to throw on there when the time comes.
