There have been a lot of good posts about this already. Do a serach for iPod, Blitzsafe, and Ice-Link. And happy reading. If you still have questions, we'll do our best to help answer them.

So far I couldn't be happier with my modified Blitzsafe from Enfig.

I looked through the search page as well, but What can i do if i wanted to hook up a ipod to an aftermarket headunit? I have my stock speakers hooked up and subs hooked up to them. It has 3 pre-outs, all of which are being used, so where would I hook up the ipod?

you're in luck if your aftermarket HU happens to be an Ai-Net ready Alpine. Otherwise you could probably still do the ICE-link solution.

here is the alpine system. It treats the iPod like a cd changer, but displays all id3 info on the deck - very spiffy.

i have an Alpine aftermarket HU and i plugged in Composite cables into the back of the HU and then ran them into my gloveboex. i just plug my iPod into the Red and white connectors in there and the soudn is perfect. sounds almost perfect irhgt now bc i'm using a $3 audio cable from radioshack, but if i spring for a Monster cable or sumtin, it'll sound completely perfect. helluva lot better quality than an iTrip or cassette adapter
