Hey guys, i was just wondering if s4 coil springs will fit on my a4. They are springs off of a 2000 s4. Also, i was wondering if there are any advantages to these springs as opposed to my stock springs. Do they lower the ride hieght any? Stiffer maybe? I do want to really improve my handling, but a the same time, i want to keep a comfortable ride, i need to use it in the snow, and i don't want uneven tire wear. Thanks guys for all yoru help!

its going to make your car sit higher off of the ground as they are made for a heavier S4 not a lighter A4.... I don't think there are any advantages to running them.

ummm, NO. S4 weighs more than the A4. You'll be king of the road on that 4x4

Whoa! Very sorry to bring this thread back to life. But I have someone who wants to buy my B5 S4 H&R springs for his B5 2.8Q. They will FIT correct? And plus since it's a 2.8 the weight will be around the same.

    TIA,
    Eric

I mean, if you want to rip him off go for it. They'll fit but I would almost guarantee he'll be riding high on those. Weights will be closer but not the same.
