Paint on upper bumper help please

Hey everybody, i just got my car like 1 month and a half ago, and i guess a shopping cart hit the upper bumper? Also my question is, the paint seems like its peeling away rather then scratched? This may be a stupid question but i was wondering if its peeling off because of the bumper material not being metallic? Thanks in advance. Also, any idea how much it would cost to repaint the bumper?

You should be able to get a full bumper respray for about $200-$500 or so.

thanks, im about to go take some pics now. Also just wondering, most aftermarket bodykits only replace the lower part of the bumper right?

Anyways, its not that big but, at the edges the paint is starting to peel off.
