i apologize i tried a few searches an really nothing came up i seen this a few times. just click the a few pages into the b5 forum and you may find some thing.
and those fogs go for $25 at autozone around my way.

there was a post about this a while ago. a friend of mine has them on his 98 2.8. he got metal mesh from home depot, cut them into lower grills, made a metal bracket to hold the fogs, and cut out a space for the fogs in the mesh, they look really nice. Unfortunately there are currently no pictures of it, i'll snap some when i get back up to school in a month or so
