Any Shops in Bay Area that Powder-coat Wheels?

I recently purchased a set of 18x8.5 Chrome BBS RX's and I've been thinking about getting them refinished and am looking at powder-coating. What shops are recommended in the Bay Area for this kind of job?

And I'm still deciding about the color- silver? Smoked chrome? Black spokes with almost chrome lip? Anthracite/gunmetal? Or red anthracite?

Also how much should I expect to pay for a job like this? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
