Saw it last weekend too. Tom Cruise was ****ing badass in that movie. I don't think the movie itself will get an Oscar nomination but the Cinematography and Acting (Tom Cruise) will. We shall see. Definately a great movie and very different from the norm.

4. scenes with Korean (Asian) people. CLUB FeVER?

Club fever scene was funny, the korean boss was talking in Korean. Too bad there was no caption.

He basically said, "who da hell is this guy?" , "shoot him! kill him!"

I missed my screening, so I haven't seen it yet, but there were a few scenes that he shot on film iirc. But, yeah most of it is on hi-def digital that Michael Mann likes to use. You can get alot of night shots you normally couldn't do on film. I'm more of a traditionalist, I like the look of film better, but I still really want to see this movie.

Yeah 28 days was perfect for digital! It might have helped in integrating Special effects, but I didn't like it in SW Ep 1 or 2.

Yea, LOL.... that was so funny. I think it wasn't meant for him to trip but that was one of the one shot scene with the glass window. If you messed up, you would have to wait a long ass time before shooting it again so they just used it anyways. Me and my friend were laughin our asses off. The person next to me gave me a WTF look.

Anyone find it funny how Jamie Fox was a ***** the whole movie then all of a sudden "flipped a switch" when he was in Mexican bar.

How this movie ends is also very ironic.

i was hoping/thinkign that when JF was walking the lawyer out of the train after he put his jacket over her cause she was cold... i was thinking a cop/group of cops would shoot him dead because they still think hes the killer. that would have caught people off gaurd.

... but you wouldn't see the cops.. there would just be a shot from behind the two as they were walking away.. then he gets shot in the back a couple times and falls to the ground.

That would be good but what if Tom Cruise comes back out of the train and caps Jaime Fox from behind and kills both Jada and Fox.... but then the cops are right behind Cruise and sees everything and shoots and kill Cruise too. So basically everyone dies.

I guess that's why he didn't kill him until the end of the film when Tom actually needed to do so, but failed of course. It was so badass though when Tom was in the club and also when he was chasing after JF on the MTA and said "I do this for a living Max." I shit my pants if an assassin is saying that to me. Quite ironic how JF ends up killing Tom. Tom would have killed JF if it wasn't for the fact that he lost his gun after the Taxi crash in which JF took possession of. You can't shoot through metal door with a small 9mm hand gun that Tom took from the guard. The .45mm that JF took from Tom can get the job done, hence Tom getting shot.
