Thumbs up Matrix Integrated SAMCO hose kit

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
OK, here it goes. This is going to start for the B6ers only.

The retail price for the hose kit is $297.80. For the group buy we will need 10 people for a price of $190 plus shipping, which should be around $10-15 dollars or less. The kit includes 3 boost hoses and high quality hose clamps. Your choice of black, blue, or red. There is also no tax.

The group buy is provided by Matrix Integrated who is a registered Audizine advertiser. They are an excellent shop with many satisfied customers on this forum (including me). This shop has great customer service.

Everyone who is serious about this please let me know though PM or Email ([email protected]), as I will be heading up this GB. If you want in send me some contact information and I will add you to the list.

    Thanks,
    Kris

Why not see if we can combine the two and maybe knock the price down even more (not that it isn't awesome already)

The price can go lower if we can get more than 10 B6 people. The price is already awesome though. I'll see what I can do.

    SoCalAgentMSK, so are you in???

Right now I'm a maybe. I need brakes and tires so I'll see what I got after those are taken care of. AWESOME deal though, pretty much 33.33% off! If you hit the 10 people the price will be insane.

Well, with the group buy there is no tax and your choice of color. After tax the ECS price will actually cost around $10 more. Plus, like Anthony said, you are helping out Audizine.

Since the Samco's are constructed of stronger materials, they are not prone to failure like the stock units. Samco's are also available in different colors (black, blue, red are the most popular) so your engine bay can be personalized that way if you prefer as well."

This is a great addition for all you people with chipped cars. These hoses can handle additional boost with virtually no hose expansion.

The performance is in the reliability.

Have you ever been caught in the middle of nowhere with a ruptured boost hose? It's no fun and doesn't allow you to get where you want to go very quickly.

Ever have a tiny pinhole in one of your hoses that bleeds positive pressure(or coolant) and is a real PITA to find? No fun either.

We've had plenty of customers with these type of issues. The remedy? Pull the bumper, load the car on our in-house Mustang AWD dyno to simulate road conditions, and look for the ruptured hose. At $150/hr of dyno time and $68/hr of technician time, this isn't cheap.

The Samco hose kits are much more cost effective in that regard and can prevent these incidents. In my mind, that is where the performance lies.

    HTH.

I've had too many hoses blow/tear/fail in my A4 to count. If I was going to keep her, the next mod would definitely be a Samco hose kit.

I seem to recall that there were some fitment issues with the Samco kit for 99.5+ A4's. Is this accurate?

How many people would you require to make a groupbuy worthwhile?

Sorry, I was referring to B5 S4's as far as a B5 Samco group buy goes. You beat me to a new post before I could modify mine.

We still have lots o' love for the B5 cars, but you are correct---there are some Samco fitment issues with some of the B5 A4's, which is why at this time we are not offering the B5 A4 Samco kits. Once Samco fixes the issues we would be more than glad to do a group buy on the B5 A4 hose kits.

Again, sorry for the confusion. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

    Best,
    Jeremy
