Yep, just need a different lugs and different hubcentric rings. Tirerack sells the hardware all together for a tad under $75 or so.

Is the offset of your wheels 32mm?

I know for sure your wheels will fit on the C, S, SLK, and CLK's with the correct hardware. In terms of the S-class, I believe the same wheels will fit. But he will need a taller sidewall tire. 235 40 18 is off of the speedo by quite a bit. I think they use 245 45 18 sized tires, which fits on your 8.5 inch wide wheels perfectly.

Giago.. they are simply BBS RXIIs, the size is 18x8.5 and they have a 32mm offset. They are also a 2 peice wheel as compared to the 1 peice BBS RX wheel. trust me, you wont be dissapointed in these, i've seen them in person and they look amazing.

however, i believe the RX501 that you speak of is a number that is actually on the center peice of the wheel in between some of the spokes. although i'm not exactly sure.

I'm about to ask a stupid question because I'm honestly not sure, are these rims of the same off-set as b5 chassis a4's? Lovely looking rims.

Well, i had these rims with my old car (B5 A4) and they worked just fine. There isnt a different wheels for the different Audi platforms.
