APR HFC = TestPipe?

is APR's highflow cat basically the same thing than a Testpipe? or am i still getting restriction from the HFC?

I just had my full APR system put on, so was wondering if i should look into getting a testpipe or stick to the HFC.

I know i've heard a lot of ppl complain about the sound level in the cabin - which doenst bug me too much, more interested in the performance.

How do you like your APR exhaust? Did you notice and differences between chipped w/ exhaust and chipped w/out exhaust?

i've only been driving for 24hrs, and so far i must say i am pretty happy.

I had to deal with a 2month back order from APR, but now that i actually got it i must say its an awesome product. In terms of noticing the difference between chipped power and exhaust + chip; you can tell. The speed limit comes at you a bit faster, but you dont really notice too much of a noise. Its got a subtle grunt down low, and a nice understated scream at top.

There is a bit of drone around 2k or under RPM's when cruising in 2nd gear.....but this is only for a bit, and then it settles down. I havent really been able to hammer it down since it started snowing around here lately, and ppl drive like they are blind.

Im sure the ECU needs a settle period before it learns the right mixtures and exhaust pressures, so hopefully it gets better from here.

I will post some pics this weekend......now that i finally got rid of the SUV look.
