Hey guys, I started my engine today and it wouldn't get out of first. I have an 1.8TQ tip, and in auto mode it wouldn't get out of first, so i switched to tip, and it wouldn't get out of first either. I pulled over, turned off my engine, restarted the car, and same thing. After driving at 10 miles an hour back to my house (I didn't get very far to begin with), i turned my engine off, did the pedal reset thing (turning key to 1st slot position, and holding down the gas), then turned my car on, and it began to shift normally, but my dash was all lit up. The P R N D 4 3 2 bar was all lit, and when i switch to tiptronic, the tiptronic mode doesn't show up on my dash, and tip shifting doesn't work. Coming to a stop also makes the car give a harsh little jerk when it downshifts to first. Has this happened to any1? Anything I can do to fix it, or should i just bring it into the dealership? I have an apr 1.0Bar chip as well, could it be something faulty with the chip? Any help or information would be much appreciated.
