haha looks like toyo got ahold of some steriods. pretty beefy looking, but not for me. Dodge Ram 1500 is where its at, if you want a beefy truck.

Gonna have to disagree with you guys here. I kinda like the new looks of it and the fact that its a little bigger. It looks like they are going to release it as a mid size. Many manufacturers are doing just this. It has the styling of the newer 4runners. I think the old Tacomas (and just about any compact truck) are too small. I used to own a compact truck and trust me, after a little time it go way too small. Wonder what motor they are going to put in it? Maybe a V8 option!

Time for some new rims for the Taco. Its ok to have an offroad truck and still look good too.

they're gonna put in the 4.0L V6 w/ 6 spd tranny and i dont mind it either...the guys on the tacoma boards are all complaining that it'll just be a mall truck and that it will be too big for the trails but people say that bout change. It'd be interesting to see how it looks lined up next to a Tundra.

oh btw u got a hook up with wheels? I'd like some alloys to lighten things up but i want them BLACK!!!

Personally I think all the Toyota trucks are a bit too small. The Tundra in not even a true full size, more of a mid full size. I was looking into one a while back, but they are way smaller than the competitors. And the 4.7 liter is smooth, but way underpowered for the Tundra, especially when compared to other V8s in trucks. I think this new Taco will be a great improvement, especially for passengers in the extra cab.
