I haven't had a chance to put much stuff up, but the software behind it is pretty damn cool... building the blog stuff in took like an hour!

U like the layout/colors or no?

Change that green and white. Are you able to add some flash stuff ?

which green + white? The righthand sidebar? Yeah I can add flash stuff... but I'm more a programmer than a designer (I have built a few applications with flash front ends so I have the basic knowledge, but it's much easier for me to do a 3D piechart than some snazzy animation.).

One of my bosses: http://www.docnotes.net/ is a big fan of blogging, as he has one of the oldest and most-respected medical-related weblogs out there (voted #1 medical weblog by Forbes).

I mainly use it for infromation sharing. Typically I post about new techniques for solving common problems. I learn a ton from other's weblogs, and there a lot of good aggregators out there (an aggregator goes + gets live "feeds" from everyones weblogs and puts it in one place... http://www.medlogs.com is an example that I built).
