Theres a huge rumor that Villans' e05 blew, which was installed by Eurocode Tuning.

BACKGROUND:
There was a war going on between GIAC and REVO, which eurocode tuning is a distributor, and David (who is with eurocode tuning, the owner?) was willing to have a dyno showoff with Jeff Moss' participation as the GIAC representation. Anyway alot of shit was flung and people feelings were hurt. No one could agree on what Dyno shoudl be used and nothing came of it. Eurocode Tuning was accused of blowing a few VWs with E05s etc etc. There is also an incident where David's car caught fire. Basically they were accused of selling a crappy turbo, doing crappy installs and just being incompetant.

With the new rumors about Villan's E05, things exploded when some people stuffed a big "I TOLD YOU SO" in David's face.

Anyway, no one really knows what happend to his e05 but Villans. He posted that nothing is wrong with it, and it's up for sale.

So it turns out this is how the rumor got started:
Villans was talking about his blown t28 turbo to Randy. The t28 blew a few months back and was repaired and sold. Randy supposedly thought Villans was talking about his Eo5 and not his t28 when he said it blew.

They are funny, but it does make my work day go by faster when I read the B6 forum. Just a few hot heads ruin the forum for everyone else.

Yea, well didnt Lim said he is focusing more on Porsches now adays. He is a busy man with many things going on. A tech i work with before is a close friend with him and when i got my IBE, it took a while for Lim to work into his schedule to make the IBE happened for me. Great guy, alot of heart and honesty in his work.
