Includes everything to install except the following:
- Vented fog light cover...you can mod your original by cutting vents

- Flex hose that connect the SAP pump to the intake...I modded some hose from Home Depot and it works great...will include it

$400 shipped?

I'm the second owner and never had the pieces when I got it. The first owner had GreedSpeed take it out for him and when they did, they needed those pieces because the owner didn't keep the original hoses needed.

When you install this a piece called an Air Expansion Chamber is removed from your car. Since it is gone a new hose is needed to connect to th air intake. I assume when Greedspeed took the IC out they didn't put the chamber back in, so they needed to use that hose.
As for the fog light cover, they probably forgot about it.

I can send pics of how everything is installed when I take it out of my car. It's pretty easy, but takes time since you have to remove the bumper.
