Switched back to my stock OEM N 75 valve. Using the K version produced several "overboost" situations and the ECU went in to limp mode.

too bad, but with the right tuning, you won't even need it.

Jet Jokey, how much have you done to your car. I only have a Neuspeed Chip, plugs and filter, so wondering if this simple setup might be better for those sleeves. Have you done more where the boost is higher already and the sleeves just put it over the edge?

I think you are confused with another Mike. I do not use sleeves. I tested a different version of the N 75 valve, the K version.

In my set up with my regular OEM N 75 valve the boost peaked at 22 to 23 psi and stayed there for a while. It gradually droped to around 15 psi.

With the K version we saw peaks of 29.9 psi with the boost staying near 25 psi and slowly droping to around 20 psi.

This caused several "overboost" situations and the ECU went into limp mode. I decided that it is not worth the trouble at this time to risk any damage to my turbo. Until I speak to MTM in Germany the OEM N 75 will stay in the car.
