On my 98 A4, the Driver Information System has lines going through it, and in daylight it is hard to read. Better at night. But the car has over 100,000 miles on it, so I am understanding.
My 2000 S4 is starting to do the same thing with only 50,000 miles on it. What gives?
Seems that by now Audi would have figured out the problems with the display and corrected them.
I think that I have read on this site that you can replace the small screen with a new one for $700. But why spend $700 on something that is going to have the same problem in about three years.
I'm sure many others are experiencing the same problem.
