    I was reading a little on a S4 forum that the B5 S4 brakes aren't reliable and wil crap out at 20k? True?

    Haven't heard anything about it....

    Though, i'd upgrade with some slotted rotors and some pads that have a better bite due to the power and weight of that car. :)

    well i've had them on the B6 for almost 15k now no problems other than the fact that the stock pads are the SUCK!!!! Brake dust everywhere!!!

    The B5 S4 brake issues center around the OEM rotors warping extremely easily. If you just use the Zimmerman rotors which are cheap and strong than you shouldnt have any problems. cheers! Mike
