GIAC Flashloader has been released!!!

Anyone will going to get GIAC instead of REVO?? It's the same method like REVO, touchless installation, dealer won't have a chance to detect the chip by their eyes. I just called the Dynospot Racing, and they said they have the Flashloader ready!

i'm definitely gonna pick this up, but i don't know when... since i got the flashloaded program already, they will reflash it to sync to the flashloader for $100.

that's a good news for the people who live around the bay area to get their A4 chip. Dynospot Racing is located at Mountain view i believe. it's better for us to get there instead of L.A. to get the REVO.

The only diff is that with Flashloader you can't custom tune boost and timing yourself.

Lemmiwinks is REVO's. GIAC uses Mobile Tuner.

i beleive giac encodes the software to only work on your ecu. so you can't just give it out to friends.

yea, you cant unsocket it so to speak, but you can put your stock chip back into the car with this adaptor that i think is 50 bucks or so.

I think if you call DSR, you should be able to schedule an appointment within a day or two, depending on how flexible your schedule is. I called up Monday morning and they said I could come in on Tuesday, but I opted for Thursday so I could do it first-thing in the AM.

~$640 out-the-door with both stock+chipped programs.
