So the plan for the wheels, color matched lips and black centers (hopefully flat)? The car looks good but I want to see proper pics that are not all washed out or taken under harsh convention center lighting. Also I would ditch the red brake calipers for either some shade of green or black so they are not so obnoxious when compared to the rest of the car. Two thumbs up for completing a project most would never think of undertaking.

although, even though you don't care about mine or anyone elses opinion, i think it'd look much better with an rs4 grille and the rs4 big mesh on the bumper, some yellow fogs with the n-tercooler halo painted black and yellow calipers.

The wheel plan is to keep the centers silver, but color match the lip to the car color. If I don't color match them, I plan to get a slightly lighter spearmint green color for the lips, and brakes.

I do care about hearing what people have to say, as long as it is constructive criticism. I had a RS4 grill with my last setup. Reason I went to a badgeless is because of the boser hood. Chrome grill trim looks bad IMO with a lower angled boser look. The badgeless is washed out so the attention is towards the hood, not the grill.

I think the car looks great the way it is and all the things that people are telling you to clean up, is just a matter of opinion. There are some little things that I would have done differently but those are my opinions. I am in the process of doing some different things, as my car is coming back together and not everyone agrees with my ideas either, but I like it so even though I am like you and like to hear constructive criticism, I will take it all in and see if it goes with MY plans as I am sure you will. But in the end it is your project, your work of art, and your interpretation of what an Audi should be.

Again, great job and keep the pictures coming.

Great work Rob. The car came out amazing and it definitely has that exotic/euro feel to it. You need some guts to pull a job like this but in the end its so worth it. I had that fear/regret feeling when I did my satin color and had so many mixed up opinions during the process but I guess when you have a good car intuition and you think you can do something out of ordinary, just do it. Congrats man. You are an inspiration and a worthy enthusiast to this community.

Now if you can get me those measurements that we talked about we could have a new widebody thread with some European spice, well since your thread is almost over anyways :).

Metellic and Matte are different things. The paint has no metallic in it, and it does have a flat finish.

The lower grills have inserts in them already. It is painted flat black so it is hard to see. Nothing is in the center opening.
