actually i want to hear more about miltek( sound / performance), it seems not a lot of people using them and why are they so expensive compare to others?? are they good??

miltek's pipe is 2.75 and neuspeed is 2.5.. will miltek be too big for my car?? i am running ko3 or maybe k04 in the fulture..thanks..

2.75 is too big for either a KO3 or KO4. I'd go for the 2.5.

I agree with PDX-Mike although I am not a pro in this area. However I have heard that if you plan to go Stage III 2.75" is optimal.

    Really!

I've been told to go 3".

What about the dump pipe? 2.5" as well?

whoever told you that is retarded. 2.5 all the way through is more than sufficient. i have seen more power made on 2.25 than with 2.5 on a k03. there is not enough airflow to cause a great deal of back pressure to be made.

Dump pipe as in the wastegate dump pipe? The Wastegates on the KKK series turbo have an internal wastegate, so the pressure released just goes along with the exhaust gases..

I think he meant DOWN pipe. that would have to be one big ass wastegate to constitute having a 2.5-3" dump tube.

    Sorry I ment down,

I'm installing a KO4 and was thinking 3" down pipe and 2.5" cat back.

I have a friend with an A3 and oettinger chip with 3" turbo back and his car flies. has run 14.7 down the quarter.

3" exhaust is complete overkill...a complete 2.5" is plenty for a K04 application...

2.75" is the max one should go on a Stage3 setup...

I would go the Neuspeed G2. I have it on my car right now, and the sound is great. The Miltex is very quiet, I have friends with that system (Miltex) on there VW's and it sounds stock. The nice thing about the neuspeed is it is not to load and it's not to quiet. The one thing I do not like about the Neuspeed is that I get that sand blaster sound when I stopm on it.
I would do the 3" only if you go with the Gt28Rs setup, or the APR stage III or stage III+. There is no need for 3" with a K04 or K03.
One more thing I would like to add is the craftsmanship on both is very good.
