Finally decided to keep the A4, but I need some advice(exhaust, suspension)

After reading everything I could about the new A3 Sportbak, I have decided to keep the Avant. The A3 isn't that much smaller and I love my car.

So, now I need some advice. I need an exhaust and wanted to ask about the Thermal street. Fit, finish, sound? My car is a tip, so there are not many systems out there.

Second: I am going to swap out the Oettinger front bumper for a S4 front so I can lower the suspension. I barely clear my driveway now with the Oettinger and stock sport. Who is running Neuspeeds & Bilstiens? Any thoughts? Or should I just go with KW c/os? Anybody running Neuspeeds with stock sport shocks?

Lastly, I am going to have my hood resprayed (rock chips) and was thinking of painting it black in the middle and painting the roof black, as well. What do you guys think?

My car is on H&R springs and Custom Grooved Bilstein shocks (not Neuspeed). With my current setting, I am at 24.75in ground to fender height up front and exact 25in in the back. the car is pretty low but is very drivible everyday. I just have to be careful coming in and out of driveways and other than that really nothing. I am glad I went this route and didn't fork over the extra hundreds of dollars on C/O. I don't track so a shock/ spring setup is good enough for me. The ride is not harsh, just about perfect and what I would expect from a car on aftermarket suspension. Are you selling your BBS?

i think the drop w/B6 sport suspension is pretty nice. i would skip the S4 front and just get some oetty skirts. otherwise you'll lose the uniqueness and look like an ultrasport (not a bad thing, just less unique).

personally i wouldn't stripe/graphic the car, particularly because it's metallic and gray. the stripes on the mini, by comparison, totally work!

Check out the Street setup from Stasis.. I have this setup, along with Matt Devo and a few others.. Just over a grand, you get dampening and height adjustabilty..

I love this suspension, it rocks!!!!!!!

I have them too! Just waiting to install them. Going to give it a try by myself this Friday. Hope it works out.
