Ya those housings are great with a Philips HID kit too. The A4 ballasts are a direct fit.

negotiate? well i see your in VA so perhaps we could meet up and that would save you shipping costs which would run around $30 I would think.

how low were you thinking reasonably? I think I could go down a little but not a whole lot.
