    Question Polished Eurocode FMIC?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I just spoke with Dave@Ecode and he told me that I could get my FMIC also polished i.e. not the typical radiator color. Does anybody have pictures of that and is it worth to pay extra $75.00 for that?

I have an UltraSport bumber so anyway it will cover most of the FMIC...

I don't have any pictures but I have seen it in person and it looks amazing. I am going to take mine out just to have it polished. Totaly worth it in my opinion!

Is that the normal "color" i.e. not the polished one? Did you notice a big difference on hot temparatures? Also difference in a temperature around +60'F?

    Thanks for all the information!

i think that is the normal color, or at least the one i bought. the diff in temps are noticable. you can feel your car getting less of a heat soak.

Welcome! Seen a lot more people from SD on here lately. Represent.

I say go with the polished. Though, I imagine it will be a pain to keep it nice and shiny.

It's about 11" x 18", maybe slightly larger. Compared to stock SMIC at 8" x 10". And I haven't experienced any coolant temp increases.
