Help! Need Brake install Question answered ASAP

I'm doing my rotors/brake pad upgrade right now in the garage, and I'm unsure if I need to bleed my brakes when I take off my calipers and reinstall them.....I'm just putting on ECS slotted rotors, and mintex red pads. What all do I need to do or look out for?
