when i finally have enough money set aside to lower my car, bam, i hit a pot hole and need a new wheel, but it was tolerable. unfortunately, it wore the tire like crazy so i had to buy 4 new ones. when i wnet to put them on, i had my hwels balanced and sure enough, these POS Mille Miglias are basically all bent to at least some extent. so i gotta do sumtin about this, i'm not buy any more replaceent rims for this damn car. MILLE MIGLIAS SUCK. NEVER GET THEM. now i need to find new ones and re-evaluate whether it's plausible to have 18" rims in my area. anybody in Westchester can throw in some input. i don't really knwo bc the only rims i've had ever are these weakass MM so i dunno how others would hold up. goddamn it. i love hte look of 18s, but i simply can't afford to buy another rim every 3 months. the thought of 17s on my car sickens me(no offense to those with 17s, i just love the look of 18s) but it appears i maye have no choice but to get these. all i have ot say is f#%k. sorry for the rant, just thought i'd share my misery. oh and one last thing....

DON"T GET MILLE MIGLIAS UNLESS YOU WANNA BUY 2 SETS WORTH OF WHEELS

All I can say is that I feel your pain. The roads in my area are amongst the worst in the US of A.

I opted for the S4 wheels. These things are balls on rock solid. I've crushed curbs in the snow, and drilled pot holes going 50mph. I'm talking deep holes. I've never bent a rim.

You can find a lot of S4 owners that will sell their rims to upgrade, so you can usually find a good deal on them. I really wanted a nice set of 18s, but in hindsight I now realize that I would have paid out the ass for bent rims and popped tires.

I was lucky in that the guy I bought them from had them refinished in gunmetal before he sold them.

We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

uh take a deep breath and don't buy MM's. They are well known for being soft. Pick up a set of OZ SuperL's or like DDQ said pick up a set of OEM S4 wheels.. heavy as a mofo but sturdy as hell.

yeah, if you are looking to buy something sturdy and somewhat low budget, thus heavy, go with the S4 wheels.

i don't like puttin S4 wheels on an A4, it's like puttin Mr rims on a 330. so, can i take this as Flik justices in 18s are gonna get shot to $hit reltively quickly? dammit, that just made my day that much worse

if you keep your eyes open, you will find a deal on 18's with tires for the same price as the flik justice rims.
