Swap glove box lock cylinder?

I'm trying to install the glove box CD changer but I'm not sure how to swap the glove box lock cylinder. Has anyone done this install and know how to remove the stock lock cylinder and move it to the new glove box? I removed the one screw on the side of the glove box but I can't seem to get the thing to pop out. I'm thinking there is a special tool that i need that I don't have. I may end up having to take the car to the dealership. :(

There should be a total of 8 screws. There is one screw in the left corner facing horizontal

My problem is the LOCK Cylinder. I have the glove box out already. Looks like there are small tabs I have to get at first to allow the silver lock cylinder to come out.
