MagMasters in Santa Ana. Good, cheap and fast. 25 bucks a lip, give them the wheel with the tire on it, come back next day or 2 days. Good luck

only 25 a wheel? damn... see my hopes here is that the wheel will come back clean and polished... which 25 bucks a wheel is a steal for me for how much work it would take me to do that

Tell me about it, this shop is like my little secret. If you have curb rash it's 35 bucks to fix it and polish the lip ;) good sh!t BTW pick up some of their 'metal magic' or 'polish magic' or something along those lines, its a 2 bottle kit, one white liquid and the other pink transparent liquid. I use that all the time now and works like a charm, I even polished the inside of the wheel(barrel) with those two products, almost as good as the lip. The white liquid breaks down any oxidation/tar/dirt and dulls the metal, and the pink stuff instantly polished it. Don't use it on the lip after you get it back, you can't get it more polished than it is when you get them handed back to you, you'll only put fine scratches in it.
