Hey all you good folks in VW Land! This is a sad and happy day for me since I am going to put this car for sale. I lost my soul to a BMW K75S motorcycle and have to get rid of 1 toy. Many of you know this car from the west coast, I bought and had it shipped to me here in MD last December. For those of you who have not seen it, it is truly one of the cleanest, nicest GTI's in the US and that is not an exaggeration. Sometime you see posts with "immaculate" and "nearly perfect", well this one really is. I have spent almost $4000 on this car in the last 6 months.
Here are some of the things done recently:

    New Weitec coillovers
    New clutch
    New water pump
    New Tires
    Timing belt
    Heasd gasket
    Changed to new refrigerent
    Almost all gaskets, seals replaced.
    Weber throttle body
    TT Cam
    .75 fifth gear

You could squeeze this car thru a wringer and you will not get a drop ot any liquids coming out of it. It is as tight as you can get it

More service was done, I just cannot remember all of it right now.

Now none ot this stuff HAD to be done, I just did it for my peace ot mind and because I wanted to make the car the most mechanincally sound GTI anywhere.

I will have pix soon and ONLY SERIOUS BUYERS need email me.

The asking price for the car is $4500 with the stock wheels and new tires, add $350 if you want the Ronals as well.

Yes I will sell the Ronals separately.

This is a car that is truly one of a kind and I will be sad to let it go.

Thanks for looking and hopefully someone here will soon be the owner of a spectacular GTI.

PS I will not only not hesitate that you can fly here and drive the car to whereever you live I would recommend it!

    Email me at

    Thanks

    The car is in Maryland
