Is the S4 wheel liner a direct fit for A4s?

My brother had one in his garage I found when I helped him move. He had it and was going to mod it to fit his B5 Passat but decided not to so I took it. Forgot to get the part number off of it to make sure its a S4 liner. But as the title states, if it is indeed a S4 liner will it fit my A4 with no trimming etc ?

Well if you have it,why not just try to put it on?, I'm sure you would be able to tell in seconds if you are going to have to trim it to fit.

why would you want to replace your liners with the s4 one? i remember reading something about it but cant remember the difference between the two

it has holes to let that oh so important minimal air flow through to cool the intercooler

If you're anal (like James R. from AW), you can trim it and merge it into your stock one to make it a perfect fit, but it's not by any means necessary. It just hangs over a little tiny bit on the rear of it.
