not bad at all. i was 2k over my milage 3 months ago but have somehow managed to only drive 1k miles in the next 3 months and now back to even.

Right now, I am about 1500-1800 over my milage. This number will actually get higher. For example, last Thurs morning before work, I got a full tank of gas and by Sat. afternoon I was empty. I drove 300+ miles in 2 days

about 1000 a month if you want to stay within warranty. you get 12500 miles a year if you want to have four years of full warranty.

I get 10k per year but I don't think that's enough anymore at the rate that I am going. O well, but I still have more than 3 years to level out the miles so I am not worrying but just give me an excuse to buy a "beater" to play with haha.

But on a side note, my father put more than 8000 miles on his car in less than 5 months. I don't know what he is going to do about all those over driven miles hahah.

The first year that i got my car, i put on almost 16k.. Now ive had the car about 2 years and i have about 24k.. So ive cut back on driving a bit..

then again...my babyhatch has 62K and he turned 6 years old last feb.

my audi on the other hand...is a different story.

I'm in the same boat. I put a little over 5000 in five months. My dad put something like over 40,000 miles on his truck in around a half a year. He has to get tires around twice a year

man, i can't believe you guys are complaining. didn't you buy a car to drive it? i've put on nearly 14k miles in the 7 months i've owned mine. well, considering i live in Colorado, where EVERYTHING is far away, and i've made the trip from cali to colorado 3 times now. but i gotta admit, i'm glad i did it in my audi, cuz i'd probably be dead if i didn't have such a nice, plush ride

Then the question is, and I'm assuming you're leasing the B6 which is why you're concerned, why did you go for the lowest 10k/year ceiling and not the higher 12k or 15k? You seem to have drove the B5 a lot.

Just poor planning? Wanting to keep those monthly payments to a min?

So yeah, drive less, bum rides more, take public transit, or buy a beater.

i put 6000 in one month and got three tickets in that month!!! one for tint, running toll road and the other is passing a truck towing some horses. but whats odd is the truck let me pass him, so he merge on to the side lane and was still to wide. so i was half way in the turning lane and half on the regular road. and i still got the ticket! pretty wack. talk about bad luck

The car is leased... this is when the milage becomes a problem. I could care less if I had bought the car but I am leasing. Anth, I went with the lowest miles trying to keep the payments to the min

i dont want to hear ANY of you complaining. my car is a lease with 18k a year. i got the car on january 17th, i have 15k on it. im not complaining i have enjoyed every minute of it, but i do need a winter car because i only have 3000 miles left for this year haha
