good paint shops in Nor Cal?

HEy guys first post and I wanted to know if anyone knew a good paint/body shop to paint and install a Rieger RS4 bumper. I also wanted to know about how much to expect. I already have the bumper on the way and I just need a place to paint and install....TIA

for the bumper i'd say around 300 for install and paint. thats just a guess.
