Question 5k service and a quick ? about n75 dv and oil filter

While my girl is in for her first I want them to put in the n75 valve from the TT 225 and was wondering if someone had a part number for it so I can order it now if they don´t have it in stock. I also was wondering if anyone remembers the post from Saturnine abou the larger oil filter for the 04´s. The German´s think I am nuts when I tell them that is what I need. They are aqrguing it is only for the TDI´s, and I know that is true, but they are not up to speed with what I need for mine. Thanks.

Larger oil filter for 04.5 A4s. Tell them to open their eyes because there is a tech bulletin on this very filter:

Also with regards to N75 valves,
All of the new N75 valves are the same size...you have to get an adapter sleeve from Greedspeed...Since all of the N75 vavlves are currently running a size 64 boost output they will all perform the same. Running adaptors or the Monaco N75 will provide similar results as being able to run the Race, H, J, and K valves of before. It allows you to tailor the amount of extra boost held. Conceivably you could try out a size 60, 58, 55, 52, 49, 47 sleeve to add more boost hold. The problem you run into is throwing your car into limp mode when dealing with the requested boost versus actual boost programming of your computer. Jet Jockey used an old Monaco valve and gained 10hp and an incredible 40 lb/ft of boost, but found he was putting down 28psi of boost with it in. That is a disaster waiting to happen. Anthony at Greedspeed is helping me do some dyno testing the beginning of next month trying out several combinations to see which one is stable. You may want to try the same or just wait for the results. Cheers! Mike

Stock may hold out forever, but if you're already in there i'd go with the bosch sport 110 tested by mtm to hold up to 450hp conditions. It's only about $45 to $55 depending on where you get it. cheers! mike
