back from the body shop - first pics

Well, I finally got my sideskirts put on and the rest of my lowers painted. I just picked up the car tonight, which is why the pics are kind of dark. Maybee I can convince Jonah to take some better pics at the next autorcross. I think this is it for me for modding this summer, except if one small thing falls into place as I want it to . Let me know what you think.

I love the look! How much did that set you back total, and is it hard to get the paint to match? I have to imagine that my 97's paint has faded somewhat significantly over the years.

Any good body shop should be able to color match the paint well. I had the front and rear lowers painted as well as the skirts and door moldings. The total with installation came to 400 dollars. Skirts are whatever you can find them for, mine were 300. I was plesently surprised with how smoothly the front and rear lowers ended up coming out.

Thanks for all the comments. Apparently projectzwo has pulleed their US distribution, but I managed to find a new set from a guy who had bought the whole body kit and decided he didnt want it anymore. I think he got it from RPI Equipped. I paid 300 for them. They are made of purem (same as oem bumpers), so hopefully they will hold up well. BTW, I have wanted them ever since I first saw them on saturnine's old B5 (above).

As far as the badges, naw, 2.8 pride. For now I like them on there, maybee that will change in the future.

VERY NICE!!!!! I must say IMO I prefer the cleaness of the S4 and caractere side skirts, but JOB WELL DONE. Those lex wheels are PHAT too!
