actually will rear headrests fit the front headrests?

i can get a pair of rear a6 headrests for cheap and was wondering if they will fit the front seats of my car..

i was thinking that a6 seats are larger possibly? so the headrests are larger? so the spacing is different? but maybe someone else knows
